Horizon Shield Company, a premier provider of maintenance, modification and refurbishment services to operators in Saudi Arabia and the local region, has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with Air Covers Limited to collaborate on a work order through a JV company. This would includeknowledge transfer and trade between both companies.

It would include the fabrication and assembly of aircraft covers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve the order requirements of Saudi Arabia, GCC and the MENA Region.
